The mining script is not in Conquistator
I don't know how the mining script calculates hero/faction battles, but it looks from your description that both scripts conflict each other.
Valery, you misunderstood the problem. There is no conflict whatsoever. Katarina wants for Conquistador script not to waste excessive wins when building a town, similar to how the mining script works.
When you win the x required, you are allowed to build a town. Until you build it, battles counter stops. This is because I didn't want the player to "store" somehow the towns to build and then spawn 5 of them in a precise area.
So, when you reach x battles and receive message, build it asap. It would require a lot of changes to script to have this modified.
Ah, so that was a feature, not a bug.

- Make Magic heroes more powerful in the later stages of gameplay
- Improve overall efficiency of the spell system by boosting weak unpopular spells and impeding popular ones.
Details:
Many spell parameters have been changed including level, cost, description, %chance to gain. In particular:
- Magic School/level changes
- Every school level reduces mana cost.
- Spell effects with School Basic level and without School knowledge are usually different.
- All spell descriptions use MM style, and show effects for all School levels in their descriptions.
- Primary skills of a few heroes are adjusted according to new mana costs (mostly, Knowledge is increased to allow the hero to cast their starting spell).
Following spells get additional bonuses:
- Fire Wall and Land Mine spells receive the "damaging spell" flag. Their description shows damage now, and these spells are affected by magic damage modificators like Sorcery skill and Orb of Tempestous Fire.
- Slayer spell is now applied against all lvl.7 creatures starting from normal level.
- Summoning spells have standard dependency from magic power (Coeff * Spell Power + bonus
of the corresponding Magic School). The spell summons messengers instead of elementals. Different Elements can be summoned in one battle, no limit on that now. These spells are excluded from the list of creature abilities when creature experience is on.
Prerequisites:
ERA 2.4+ is required to run the mod along with WoG mod for ERA.
ReMagic may be successfully used with any WoG options and/or other mods.

В школе учил другой язык, поэтому базы нет. Да, начинать когда-то надо, но по работе я с этим практически не связан, какой-либо еще языковой практики нет, так что смысл и мотивация - минимальны...

I am also surprised how fast Internet became essentially english, but finally is an easier option to communicate each other.
Paradoxically, if you go in an english forum and start writing russian, romanian or else, you will get very likely banned.
And as a side note, on essentially American forums, you will be mocked for your english grammar, while those uneducated rednecks are the most often unable to write or even read other languages, as we do.

At work, every year I have more and more of foreign students. This year I have 2 from Holland, 7 from Asia (China, Japan, Korea), 1 from Cuba, 3 from Russia, 2 from Poland, 1 from Spanish. As most of them don't yet speak french, I must constantly switch from english to italian/spanish, then back to french. At the end of the day, come here and start to use google to learn the russian threads.
