Changing existing wog objects size and passability means breaking the playability of many maps, most of authors being already gone thus not available to update.
As always, I think this should be distributed as stand alone mod, not as component of Era.

Grossmaster, the problem must be found in the underground objects, try removing lines in zaobjcts.txt that contain your underground objects and try it again, if this was my mod that's what I would do, I had generation problems during the phases development of TUM too. Also don't put objects without passability that are not of terrain type, this damages RMG (I tell you from my own experience).

Grossmaster, what type of object were the lakes? they should normally be type 126 and subtypes 0 to work as intended. If they were type 126 then it's a pretty weird problem.
