gamecreator, я бы исключил артефакты, свитки и пандорки из списка. В силу одноклеточности большАя их часть может стать халявной, т.е. браться в обход охраны. С деревьями тоже может быть проблемка - их не должно быть более 32х на карте, так что надо отслеживать.

PS: вообще мне не нравится идея с удалением тюрем - очень хороший и полезный объект. И если уж решать проблему, которая растет из большого количества тюрем на случайных шаблонах с высокой плотностью ценных объектов, то как-то по другому. А так получится, что в сокровищницах будет вместо кучи тюрем, куча ненужных к тому времени мельниц (я уж не говорю про эстетическую составляющую: водная мельница на песке/лаве без малейших признаков даже песчаной/лавовой реки поблизости).

Эм, неправильно прочитал. Впрочем толку от воздушных мельниц в сокровищницах ровно столько же. Шаблон ломают все равно.

что до эстетики, то ничего сложного нет в дополнительной проверке типа земли под тюрьмой, дабы потом по условию поставить либо обычную мельницу, либо заснеженную (подтип 1)

а можно заменять тюрьмы на Знак+декоративный камень, мол, здесь была тюрьма, но в силу её запустения, её разобрали до основания местные жители

I don' see what aesthetics come to do here. A random map is ugly. Very ugly. If you add ugly windmills to a ugly map, the map is still ugly.

Now, if someone dislikes windmills, he can use Adventure Pillars mod which replaces all prisons with nice towers. Myself I will never use the mod "delete prisons", did it only because script was 95% already done for my Pillars mod.

The purpose of the mod is to allow all heroes to be in game. Prisons are the most useless object in Heroes games. The heroes in prisons are 99% bad leveled. No use.

Низкоуровневые герои очень часто помогают ушедшему в раш герою. Отнести домой за 2500 золота валяющиеся в рюкзаке Ноги Легиона, поносить следом не влазящую армию или ресурсный артефакт, просто собирать кучки ресурсов и посещать мельницы по пути следования главного героя, чтобы не тратить его драгоценные очки передвижения и пр. пр.

You like prisons, don't use mod deleting them.

You dislike prisons, use mod deleting them.

If you want some prisons delete and others not, work on additional mod. Ab

Sure you would have liked that lvl20 hero with expert ballistics and wisdom to protect your town seeing as the main enemy hero is about to attack and you can't get there in time.

Well, no.

First, ballistic is no use when protecting a town.

Secondly, levl 20 heroes can be only found in treasure areas, where you usually get week 2-3. By that time you already have a main level 30 or so, and he is much more appropriate to defend a town.

Thirdly, if main opponent attacks one of your towns, you will lose it if not your main defending. The chances to find a high level hero with all natural combat skills + earth + wisdom are very low. I played about 1000 random maps and never found one. Always crap.

And he is far, far away from home without any means to get back in time. Also seriously, would you rather run your main hero back and forth to defend your towns or move onvard instead?

Well, to each one his style and skill. Btw, ballistic does not give control over arrow towers. You need artillery.

Vs human, prisons are removed from templates, and for a good reason. When not removed, rule says to not use them as main.

Vs AI, you don't need them, one good hero is all you need vs AI. For defending a town with minimal loses, you don't use other than your main. He can be back using the poor town portal. Common tactic.

But frankly, what we argue? Sm

The guy asked for mod removing the prisons, I had one already almost done. Now he is happy. And I can also update my mod with the completed script.
