My meaning was: head-less (without head, like the picture you posted)
In fact, a more correct would be "Armless" (without arms)

(google привёл вполне подходящий вариант - "insane", но корректнее переводить "бесбашенный" - это скорее "отвязный", "безумец", "псих" (в хорошем смысле, не больной психически))
