Unfortunately, if you do not need the "Correct" version of the software, then antivirus detection (in particular, Windows defender) for "Medicine" is a normal phenomenon. Although there are also viruses among medicines, in this case you take the risk. If Kaspersky displays "Keygen/HackTool/Unwanted", it's ok.

In majority of cases Kaspersky identifies very well the false positives, it never gave me any warning for Era for example, and it let me install a lot of software from torrents on previous HDD, as 3DMax, PS, etc without warnings. Thanks, I check the links
