HoTa team provided this dll to allow properties as in grayface wog editor. Now command line works ok, but looks like the editor, as they patched it for HoTA allows only very few things, as copy/paste minimap, place objects anywhere, but no advanced properties, modify type/subtype and passability.

This is why I tried dozens of times the command line in various forms, as I saw no change. And in fact, the changes are very tiny. But it works.
