It's manual, the platform itself will be released soon (today, I guess). It will be comfortable with 3.58 scripts (some of them were a bit corrected). So all you need is to install it and test, try

Besides, the exe supports some commands of 3.59 like custom dialogs handling, if-else syntax, h3custom.lod, spells support. All, that sagamosa used.
