Just to confirm, so now erm_hooker.era, pandora's api.era, receiver pa.era and receiver qu.era must be removed from any mods from Valary's mod collection if playing on ERA 2.46f?

Archer30, nope, Valery's older versions will virtually override plugins from Era, so they will work as they worked or better (if Valery removed them from all mods, because he used really old versions).

Thanks for clarifying. Another question, does ERA 2.46 has a different format of writing in terms of reading from .ini? As far as I see, ERA 2.46 requires an extra "\" before the filename while ERA latest doesn't?

ERA < 2.8 uses old virtual file system implementation, which is not accurate, but "\" was never required. Try without it.
