Valery, Val, you are the Modder with capital "M". Really, everything you mod is a great project.

This looks very cool, got to admit. 2 questions:
    1) Do you recommend to play it with spell mods?
    2) I only completed winterhold quests, will there be troubles in understanding what do these perks do? I already see some quests, like "Four Divines", that I don't know.

I see no problem using mods which add spells, but if you use mods which make spells much more powerful, there will be a balance break, but hey if you want to do it. This mod makes runes the top spell to have. Up to 6 and up to 250 feet distance.

As for perks, they always consist in completing major and known quests, so just google for when you don't know one, for example
