Also, I understand you, Darty. Almost all of what you said - will be done at the final stage of modeling. Here it's called "grinding" . The only thing : in my opinion, it is not quite correct - to do down and upgrade on the basis of different models. It's better to add some distinctive details. Sorry my bad english...

Now, from the MAX beginner I am, I've seen slightly better modeled horses in CIV mods, and the cat is scaled unnatural accordingly to other models (but if smaller, then will look ridiculous, so maybe you are right). All the others look great and fit perfectly as an unique faction, just those two are a bit distorted IMO.

i like more the other cat model(the fat one :D),form 8th page.it looked alot more russian than this one.this looks more like a cougar or something.and about the upgrading.normaly u re right but the ideea that the guy dressed in leaves transforms himslef in the upgraded form in a tree humanoid thing is cool,or at least i like it.anyway congratulations for these cool creatures
sry for the offtopic but since i don t know russian,what other progress is made for this town except creatures?or is something ready?i mean campaign,heroes,town screen etc.

Кстати да, почему бы не сделать черного худого кота без серьги и светящихся глаз - даунгрейдом, а "толстого" с серьгой и со светящимися глазами - апгрейдом?

i like the orange color of the normal cat ,the new model is what i dislike.and i recently noticed that the feet of the 1st lvl units have leather colour.shouldn t they be gray as the rest of the body?those little gnomes would suck if they would have humans skin

Alex-ander, здесь главное - не увлечься, забыв об участи wog-монстров 8-го уровня. Теперь по монстрам.
1. В облике неапг. домового воплатилась-таки наша мечта об увековечивании Святослава. Чуток посветлее бы кожу ему. А топрям демон какой-то (хотя, вообще-то, это и есть нечто среднее между духом и демоном).
2. Коты просто великолепны, только неапг. выглядит как-то уж очень по-домашнему. Может, все дело в серьге?...
3. Бабки нуждаются в разных головах. Для апга можно сделать седину, также сделав апг более заросшим. Жилетка на апге не впечатлила, нужно как-то иначе дифференциировать.
4. Медведей можно тоже сделать чуток поконтрастней. Дабы лучше видели, qui est qui.
5. Касаемо леших замечаний нет.
6. Апг. сирина выглядит попугаевато на фоне даунгрейда.

Все замечания относятся к сопоставлению даунгрейдов и апгрейдов. Сами же модели великолепны. Alex-ander, у Вас талант.

it's not a leather. it's "lapti" - russian sandals.

me too. here is "siberian": a classical russian cat.

Я думаю, что такими темпами придётся открывать голосование по некоторым существам. Как минимум, по сирину, коту и домовому. Мнения расходятся.

А по-моему это намного лучше, чем зеленый (вот там был действительно попугай). И выглядит нормально.
