Had to upload it again, small change, same link.

Mystical garden first upgrade is set to 5+5 instead of 0+5 so you get +10 gems as soon as you leave your first 100 infantry inside.
(screens from main post are incorrect, mystical gardens give +5 to each upgrade, not +10. With +10 I ended the test with 6600 gems, way too generous)
