Add 4 new artifacts to the game without replacing any of the existing ones in the game.

-Fireball Wand: Adds Fireball spell to spellbook and cast Protection from Fire at the beginning of the battle.
-Ice Bolt Wand: Adds Ice Bolt spell to spellbook and cast spell Protection from Water at the beginning of the battle.
-Shield Wand: Adds Shield spell to spellbook and cast Shield spell at the beginning of the battle.
-Shield of the Ancients: Increases hero's spellpower skill by +12.
