1) Описания получились длинными, потому что они генерируются автоматически. В идеале в общем списке мод выглядит как-то так (уменьшил размер текста и кнопки скачать):

2) Русский будет позже. Если появится много описаний на русском - будет раньше.

3) С телефонов на этой странице делать нечего (со смартфонов тоже). Открыл у себя на смартфоне и посмотрел - пользоваться вроде можно. Нужно больше конкретики.

4) Если сгрузить компактно - выглядит фигово.
То, что шрифт крайне тонкий и при этом серого цвета, не помогает читабельности.
Сменил шрифт, сделал темнее (#444 вместо #666).

No, I changed credit card this month, so there is a delay in payment. In about 2-3 days wakeofgods.org will be back.
No idea why wakeofgods.org/mods is down, can Sydr or Bers check if they still have the password? I can enter the main site but that link is down.
Seems like tech supporter updated CPanel and didn't manage to update apache/httpd server. Could you write to support?

Please contact cPanel support regarding this problem or investigate the case yourself by checking apache configuration httpd.conf file and system logs.

Also, we can inspect and resolve the issue for you, but that would be under paid dedicated administrator support. Let us know if you are interested.
Valery, west support service is really terrible, money for action they performed themselves. Could you write, that:

"We did not change any working Apache settings, anything was all right till 9-th of February. Seems like someone from your team updated cPanel and something went wrong".

If they refuse to help, I think we will better move to another service provider. 11$ + 5$ for nice panel. Backup and transfer is fast nowadays.

I went to cpanel support and to be able to put a request, they ask me to provide tons of techincal data, server root, IP host, name of server, 5 pages full of blank fields to fill, thats madness. So I wrote back to host1.plus and got same blabla answer
