V_Maiko, Hi!

1. The first goal is Lua support with wrappers upon ERM.
Possible second goal is dialogs system for Lua, like it's done by GrayFace for 3.59.
Parallel tasks could be:
-) New def frame replacement mechanism (currently changing portrait for single creature is impossible).
-) Porting extended structures from MoP/3.59: artifacts, monsters.

2. Nope. Lua satisfies all the needs.

3. VCMI is brilliant platform, I will enjoy, if it allows scripting and will try to make bidirectional porting more easy.

Good if will adding extended structures for artifact and monster,but to add unlimited heroes by removing the limit of 16 per city?

planetavril, extending heroes quantity is task for modders, I think, but barely reasonable due to amount of work.

У кого-нибудь ещё возникали какие-либо проблемы с новой версией? HE:X6 исправлена (была жалоба от игрока карт Valery/Salamandre), заодно и HE:X7 заработала.

[+] Added support for %Vf..t syntax in interpolated strings, that was present in WoG 3.58.
[+] Restored short !!HE:X6 syntax support and fixed ERM HE:X7 bug: short syntax worked as X7/a/d/0/0/0/0 instead of X7/0/a/d/0/0/0.

Тесты всё подтверждают.
Val, from now, when I fix ERM bug, I write ERM automatical tests to ensure, that future releases do not break the same thing again.

Frankly I have no idea what to do. Every day I get a message from someone complaining there are errors in my maps. The thing is you will continue to upgrade Era so it makes no sense for me to start a test and then find that next version brings errors again.

Will write more when I find them, the problems remain that people upgrade their ERA to latest (2.9) and I never tested this version. Now I am at 2.8.3 and already CM:R0 errors after 1 minute of playing. So why report, are you going to fix an obsolete version (283) just for my mods?

This is very annoying.

You could put an ERA version check in your mods. It's just a matter of a few minutes. I do it for my mod too.
In that statement, you can explicitly tell people to use a certain ERA version because the mod was developed and tested for that version. Together with that, you put a link where they can download that version.
That should reduce the number of complaints and give us time to fix either ERA or your mods so they work with the newest version if you want that.

It depends. png and HD mod are not friends.

Valery, I uploaded 2.46 version, but it's Yandex link.

Never got any reports, that CM:R0 does not work.

Когда можно ожидать внедрение разделения героев на женский и мужские фигурки на карте и поле боя?
Женский портрет с фигуркой скачущего бородатого старика (и наоборот) как-то не очень стыкуется.

В ERA III зачем такое внедрять? 148 В MoP давно есть, в ERA+ тоже можно портировать.

1. Там не имя, а загруженный def (т.к. там грузится всё и сразу при загрузке диалога карты приключений).
2. Плагин-то простой, но вызовет несовместимость с ERA+, чего я не хочу. Ибо расширение структуры диалога карты приключений - удел плагинописателей-маньяков типа меня 148 . Не стоит тратить на это ценное время разработчика ERAIII.
