If new spells were able to add to HoMM3, then adding new cities and heroes is not impossible. This has long been a reality.

Весь текст по монстрам - в папке EraPlugins\MCrEdit\rus

Текст для городов:

Всё остальное - в папке Data.

Правда, в следующем обновлении нужно будет переводить текста для добавленных героев (или скопировать их из английской версии HoA).

news on this mod, how many cities, creatures etc. etc. you have any idea to add in the future?
I found the creatures' data, but I can't find those in the cities, it was better if there were txt files as in the original

As i understood in Mods\ERA+\Data in txt and pac files.
